Your Mission
This position is responsible for company talent acquisition process and organizational development liaison.
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy, develop policy for recruitment
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Manage onboarding process
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, on-the-job training etc)
- Design and deliver trainings and assess the success of development plans
- Track budgets and negotitate contracts.
