Your Mission

This position is responsible for company talent acquisition process and organizational development liaison.

  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy, develop policy for recruitment
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Manage onboarding process
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, on-the-job training etc)
  • Design and deliver trainings and assess the success of development plans
  • Track budgets and negotitate contracts.
  • Involve in global projects

Your Talent

  • University degree in BA, HR, Management or Business administration
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the HR field in a multinational environment
  • Advanced skills of MS Office
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking)
  • High level of interpersonal skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
