- Support the preparation of project proposals for submission and approval.
- Support the development and execution of detailed project plans (i.e., project scope, timeline, workstreams, task lists, resource planning, budget) to achieve the project objectives.
- Perform regular review of the project plan and update where required to meet changing project requirements. Communicate project plan updates to all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Collect project status updates from project stakeholders, provide updates to the project committee on a regular basis and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Create, organize, and maintain records of project documents.
