Your Mission

  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests providing technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, in-person or in-store
  • System support on  POS, SAP, AD and other related Application Systems
  • Participate in Site Setup and Maintenance, hardware and software testing and deployment, and related operating procedures
  • Identify and resolve network and system problems including documentation for problem cause and resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support project deadlines

Your Talent

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related Subjects
  • Functional: Network and System Support
  • Industry: Retail, Wholesales, Fashion
  • Min. 2 years IT System Support experience
