- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests providing technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, in-person or in-store
- System support on POS, SAP, AD and other related Application Systems
- Participate in Site Setup and Maintenance, hardware and software testing and deployment, and related operating procedures
- Identify and resolve network and system problems including documentation for problem cause and resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to support project deadlines
