Your Mission

  • Provide RM support to all O&O stores. Develop monthly supporting plan to O&O and strictly execute according to the plan

  • New Store POP Plan Preparation & Opening Support Nationwid

  • Routine POP Support Consolidation

  • Campaign Support Orders for All the Stores (Quarterly)

  • Promotion POP Support Orders for All the Stores (According to OPS Team)

  • Promotion Feedback Collection & Monthly Reports  

  • Plan and develop below in-store campaigns based on GLOBAL guideline and RESEC calendar, including all aspects as it relates to POP, in store event, promotion.

  • Communicate with vendors and regional Retail Marketing team to ensure successful execution of FOC / Motorsport / other special project. Have the strong talent to deal with queries and problems and also resolve them in a positive manner.

  • Develop strong relationships with internal business partners (brand marketing, sales operation team, etc) by providing solid communication, program updates and feedbacks.  Ensure all these functions align with retail campaign’s release.

        

Your Talent

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related field

  • 1~2 years relevant experience in retail marketing, preferred in sports and fashion industry, or retail industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office application

  •  illustrator, Photoshop or related software (better to have, not must)

  • Excellent in Mandarin Chinese, Fluent English

  • Better to be good at sports especially running / training / teamsports
