- Lead and develop performance marketing plans for eCommerce with a focus on efficient revenue growth and considering budget investment;
- Analyze and report profit contribution across all marketing channels and perform ongoing assessment of traffic, conversion, sales and profitability from marketing campaigns to increase ROI & ROAS and provide reporting and KPIs;
- Control & review calendar of campaigns, events, commercial initiatives associated to different channels;
- Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimization of the marketing setup to bring it to the next level;
- Partner with multiple marketing, social media, merchandising, website and operations teams in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth.
