- Develop innovative delivery concepts with internal or external logistics providers to ensure a superior customer journey and a high conversion rate. Manage the implementation with internal and external service providers across the complete eCom workstream
- Identify and evaluate new fulfillment trends to satisfy today’s and tomorrow’s customer expectations
- Work with 3rd party customer service providers to ensure efficient processes and in time handling of delivery claims. Train customer staff on logistical topics.
- Liaise with the eCom warehouse management team to guarantee efficient logistics processes and avoid outbound and return handling backlogs
- Support the business with logistical expertise and the handling of various hands tasks in small and big projects
- Coordinate forecasts to internal and external parties for effective resource planning
- Specify business requirements for new features to brief internal and external developers
