- Manage customer data within Emarsys
- Build new automation workflows within Emarsys
- Drive new initiatives to improve data within Emarsys
- Manage Google Tag Manager improvements in collaboration with global teams
- Review data within Google Analytics and make recommendations to content and performance marketing teams on appropriate improvements
- Analyse performance marketing channel, SimilarWeb, Klevu and operations data and make recommendations to the various teams
- Create aggregated eCommerce dashboards for key stakeholders with aggregated data
- Create data reports for the various eCommerce teams for monthly and weekly catch-ups
- Manage and initiate new data focused projects
- Roll out Emarsys Loyalty program in collaboration with global team.
