Your Mission

·       Drive sales and e-commerce margins in Brazil through merchandising, marketing, operations, customer service and content initiatives in line with PUMA's brand strategy;

·       To provide leadership, development and supervision to a highly skilled team of E-Commerce professionals;

·       Define & execute the eCommerce strategy for Brazil;

·       Responsible for the full P&L of ecommerce;

·       Responsible for PUMA.com & Marketplaces.

Your Talent

·       Fluency in the English language, proficiency in MS Office and proficiency in Confluence & JIRA tools;

·       Must have experience in working with E-Commerce systems such as Demandware, Hybris, Magento or similar;

·       Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on E-Commerce experience and 2+ years of experience in leading a team;

·       Strong interpersonal and communication;

·       Strong analytical, dynamic and results-driven.
