Your Mission

  • Ensure the sustainable growth of the current businesses following the strategy by collaborating with internal and external counterparts, especially to ensure perfect execution of each sales promotion or marketing campaigns
  • Manage 3rd party service providers in the area of Order Management, Risk and Fraud Prevention and Payment Services
  • Ensure a smooth order flow through all operations systems and interfaces – from order placement to fulfilment
  • Monitor stock synchronization across all channels
  • Create and run ad-hoc reports to identify irregularities, needs for service improvements and derive meaningful actions

Your Talent

  • At least 5+ years of E-Commerce operations- order fulfillment, payment services experience
  • Experience of working for global companies operating E-Commerce business into Korea is preferred
  • Strong planning and communication skills 
  • Fluent in English and Korean 
  • Ready to make a difference
