Your Mission
- This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand located in Carlsbad, CA.
- Lead the eCommerce business to drive revenue across all DTC sites (on Shopify+ platform), and support a healthy omni-channel sales strategy.
- Grow revenue through creating and delivering sales & marketing initiatives, P&L management, and forecasting product and revenue for all categories.
- Working with the product and marketing teams, own the digital product launch calendar and establish and execute an effective, prioritized roadmap to deliver on key revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Merchandising teams on overall GTM strategy and execute digital merchandising initiatives to drive customer engagement and maximize conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing/creative teams to develop co-ordinated product launches and build out specific ecommerce assets for email promotional calendar.
- Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities by improving the site journey, site features, product information, photography, and digital merchandising.
- Responsible for all North America eCommerce performance/growth marketing budgets. Measure performance, conversion success metrics, and areas for growth through data driven analysis.
- Actively analyze website performance and sales metrics through enhanced web analytics.
- Work closely with the service organization to improve our “Customer Happy’ experience for eCommerce customers through improved training and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with key global regional eCommerce teams to develop and implement local market plans and aligned strategies.
- Evaluate new technologies and partners for inclusion into the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Maintain and oversee relationships with external agency partners to provide technical support, and evolve and develop additional consumer reach opportunities.
