Your Mission

  • Lead the implementation of Demand, Supply, Procurement, and Inventory Planning strategies as well as tactical execution of plans to meet planned business goals

  • Manages team and responsible for all personal development including mentor, train, coach and develop team and future successor

  • Develop and accountable of strategies for consistent metrics, forecasting, benchmarking, reporting, and analysis of performance to goals

  • Oversee the generation of demand and supply plans, spanning both applications and standards

  • Responsible for the buying and procurement processes for Apparel, Footwear and Accessories including the management of customer service on time metrics and support of service reviews

  • Assist in the development of annual plans and reconcile annual plans with demand plans. Communicate any gaps between the plans.

  • Establish credibility throughout the organization, and set an example as a proactive senior leader

  • Account for the overall management of projects; including prioritizing, monitoring, profitability, timeliness, quality, and company value against goals

  • Manage and drive the productive error free submission and administration of Factory Orders

  • Align your team, projects, and processes to the overall business strategy and core values

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA Preferred) plus over 10 years of related professional experience including Demand and Sales & Operations Planning with minimum 5 years of which directly in forecasting or predictive analytics

  • Knowledge in Data analysis and statistical modeling as well as time series and regression analysis

  • Strong business acumen and is aware of the organization’s impact on the external environment

  • Robust analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

  • Strong facilitation skills are required with the ability to operate effectively at all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to implement and deal with change and creates the environment that helps people change.

  • Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even when data are limited, or solutions produce unpleasant consequences

  • Builds consensus and gains cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals

  • Proficient at using database applications for data analysis and experience with forecast modeling tools preferred (e.g., Arkieva, SAS, JDA, Logility, SAP, etc.)

  • Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) or (ACPF) designation desired

  • Knowledge of ERP/ MRP, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, Procurement and Sales and Operations Planning desired
