Your Mission

  • Create strategies supporting the key Facilities & Operations pillars of building operations, shipping & receiving, and health & safety; develop and document processes that can be applied consistently across locations  

  • Through the application of surveys, work order ticketing system, reporting, sustainability KPIs, and management of facility resources, utilize data driven decisions to drive enhancements and maintain a state-of-the art facility 

  • Partner with Head of Central Services in Global headquarters to ensure alignment of technology, systems, policies and procedures for all North American locations  

  • In partnership with the Assembly Row management/security teams, develop and maintain Security Standards and Health and Safety Guidelines for all North American locations; establish on the ground points of contact for remote North American locations 

  • Provide consultation and solutions on space planning for Headquarters with department and senior leaders; lead and project manage office renovations, installations, redesigns and moves  

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the efficiency of our facilities operations, with a focus on an exceptional customer experience and supporting growth 

  • Manage and drive sustainability initiatives in partnership with NA Strategy and Global HQ 

  • Act as primary point of contact for landlords across all North American offices for maintenance, health & safety, security, events, etc. 

  • Build, plan, and manage departmental budget grounded in business needs and improvements 

  • Present facilities needs through business case reviews, leveraging an RFP process to select appropriate vendors in all locations; negotiate and track contracts  

  • Partner with the Workplace Experience team on collective efforts that drives a culture of engagement and community through the activation and functionality of space 

  • Through feedback and assessments in connection with Workplace Experience, build from past experiences to create innovative services and assist with the development of programs, tools, and processes  

  • Oversee compliance for all worker safety regulations including OSHA, and all other relevant laws and regulations 

  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs for all locations 

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 10+ years of Facility Management experience; 5+ years management experience  

  • OSHA Outreach Training completion  

  • Expertise in construction project management, vendor selection and negotiations 

  • Proficient with maintenance contracts and terms & conditions 

  • Experience developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives to reduce the company’s carbon footprint 

  • Ability to travel to off-site locations; 20% travel
