Your Mission

  • Responsible for refining and prioritizing the product backlog for a variety of products, including non-functional requirements, on a regular basis in collaboration with the team such that it mitigates operational / technical / financial risk, accelerates team learning, achieves expected outcomes and optimizes the value of the work performed 

  • Responsible for monitoring throughput, capacity, and budget to ensure code releases remain on track 

  • Gather/Define detailed product requirements and business cases for both internal tools-based solutions and customer-facing eCommerce digital experience 

  • Build high level test scenarios and Coordinate and preform QA, UAT, and Regression testing 

  • Research, identify, define, and measure new opportunities to innovate in eCommerce and the OMNI Digital Space 

  • Develop into a subject matter expert for front-end and back-end tools and technology 

  • Responsible for partnering with the Product Manager and cross functional teams to ensure that the technology code base is up to date with all possible code/enhancement updates 

Your Talent

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce Digital operations and product management  

  • Agile Project Management experience preferred 

  • Demandware SFCC SFRA platform and Amazon Web Services experience is preferred and understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript a plus 

  • Analytics and web based monitoring tools experience critical  

  • Ability to conceptualize and capture business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for external web development 

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment
