- Support for defined Key Account customers through different channels in a fast-paced environment
- Provide knowledgeable answers and find the best possible solutions to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Recording, processing, and checking incoming orders (availability, prices, conditions)
- Coordination and communication with the Merchandise-, Marketing-, Planning-, and Purchasing departments ensuring customer-specific shipping instructions and on-time delivery
- Analyze and troubleshoot orderbook and develop/execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals
- Close cooperation with the Key Account Manager´s in the market to ensure optimal customer care
