Customers Service Manager is responsible to fulfill Customers service procedures, standards and KPIs execution in alignment with Sales strategy.
- Operation in SAP including issues like: orders and deliveries creation, assigning prices and discounts, control of the open orders, reporting; returns, shortages, surpluses
- Running the delivery process
- Tracking deliveries and updating delivery plan. Providing the clients with all the necessary shipping info like specifications and other documents
- Provide best possible customer support to the most valuable partners
- Interaction with other company offices around the world on international projects
