Your Talent
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales, preferably in sports or FMCG. Experience in the golf industry is a major plus!
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with SAP experience highly desirable.
- Fluent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.

As a Customer Service Representative at Cobra PUMA Golf, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and support to our valued accounts. You will:
- Execute Service Strategy: Implement our customer service strategy to provide industry-leading service standards across all accounts.
- Drive Efficiency: Manage order entry, orderbook deliveries, conversions, complaints, and returns with market-competitive responsiveness.
- Facilitate Cross-Functionality: Collaborate with Field Sales, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Support Sales Insight: Generate and analyze reports that offer transparency on sales performance, forecasting, and budget compliance.
- Achieve Continuous Improvement: Measure and track progress on KPIs, driving continuous improvement in account management and service levels.
