Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or another relevant field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce, Analytics and BI, Digital Merchandising or Category Management.
  • Experience in working with SFCC, Google Analytics, Site Merchandising tools, Power BI
  • Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action.
  • Knowledge of the sports and fashion industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, another language is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work within a cross-functional organization.

Your Mission

In this role you are responsible for accelerating the PUMA.com and Marketplace Business in Europe with a country focus on France. You will be responsible for driving growth levers like tailoring content, site navigation, filters, internal search, and onsite merchandising to increase relevance in assigned market. Additionally, you will enhance online shopping experience for PUMA customers by optimizing product discovery features (search, suggestions, and ranking, etc.) on PUMA.com platform across Europe.

Key measures and success factors: Revenue, Return Rate, Contribution Margin, Conversions Rate, Traffic etc.

  • P&L responsibility for assigned country / region to ensure that the sales and profitability targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to achieve a sustainable traffic growth through a mix of paid and non-paid measures.
  • Actively participate in determining the product range for the market and ensure key launches and brand stories are effectively executed on the market.
  • Ensure that the content as well as the sales events on PUMA.com and other eCom platforms resonates with the local audience of the country / region.
  • Enhance shopping experience for PUMA customers by optimizing product discovery features on PUMA.com platform – search, suggestions, and product ranking.
  • Define business plan and manage calendar to adapt product ranking based on key brand stories, seasonal and commercial requirements.
  • Establish and execute processes to improve search results on PUMA.com via optimizing synonyms and redirects for top keywords based on consumer relevance.
  • Forecast and analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions per country to the different stakeholders.
  • Derive actionable insights from analytics, reports, and A/B testing. Present and discuss findings with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the copywriters to improve translation of emails, products descriptions and key launches and align with the market brand managers.
  • Be up to date on the competitive landscape and industry trends.

This position is limited to 6 months and based either in Germany or France.
