Your Mission

  • Draft, review and negotiate various contractual and corporate documents, review marketing advertisements, promotional materials, product labelling and other legal documents;

  • Provide legal advice and support to internal business partners on corporate and commercial issues, facilitate business partner’s achievement of business goals and mitigate risks;

  • Conduct tailor-made inhouse training for business units;

  • Daily dispute and government inspection management, handle litigations and arbitrations with the assistance of external law firms;

  • Develop, implement and optimize internal processes and procedures with the guidance of line manager to ensure compliance and effective risk control;

  • Conduct relevant legal research and monitor changes in relevant legislations and the regulatory environment, actively contribute asserts to the internal legal knowledge management such as templates, guidelines and polices;

  • Assist line manager with other tasks undertaken by legal department.

                            

Your Talent

  • Bachelor of Law.

  • Admitted to the PRC Bar. At least five years of working experience in either a reputable law firm or a multinational company in China.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

  • Well-organized, flexible and solution-oriented with good business acumen, strong analytical skills and communication skills.

  • Team spirit, collaborative, pro-active, self-motivated and energetic.

  • Solid knowledge of general commercial and corporate law.

  • Solid knowledge of consumer law and competition law or having working experiences in similar industry would be a plus.
