Your Mission

Comprehensive legal advice to internal business partners, in particular for PUMA’s IT, E-commerce and Innovation/R&D departments
Drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts and other legal documents (national/international) with a focus on Digital, Tech, IT/IP, E-commerce, Innovation/R&D, Competition law and Media law
Work closely with business stakeholders to provide pragmatic solution-oriented and business driven advice and to proactively identify legal risks, develop appropriate risk mitigation
Coordination of external law firms on national and international level
Establishing and safe-guarding consistent legal standards.

Your Talent

Fully qualified lawyer under German laws (Volljurist)
About 3-5 years professional experience in an international company or law firm
Experience with IT, E-commerce or Innovation/R&D matters is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German as well as the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in both languages
Excellent team player, who enjoys working in an international environment with different departments
Good negotiation skills, assertiveness, good business understanding, a sense of pragmatism and can-do attitude.
