COPY & TRANSLATION PROJECT MANAGER

Your Mission

  • Alignment with Copywriter(s) on copies that need to be translated (backlog management + gathering information on translation quality requirements)
  • Briefing & Managing external translation vendor for 6 languages: Catch-ups, feedbacks, maintance of the translation cartridge
  • General Translation Backlog management
  • Quality Management/Proofreading of translations & copies
  • Administrative work such as managing the translation tool from a customer perspective & invoicing
  • Alignment with internal EU .com stakeholders (copywriters & content managers, SEO & Performance Marketing managers)
  • Backup copywriting in peak times in English

Your Talent

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing translations, corporate or for a translation agency
  • 1-2 years project management skills
  • Experience in translation or copywriting a plus
  • Advanced level preferably English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian, or Dutch
  • Fluent in at least one other core language (EN, DE, FR, ES, PL, NL, IT)
  • Very good business English skills mandatory
  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, translation or language/communication studies
  • Attention to detail (detecting not only linguistic errors but also typos, etc.)
