Your Mission

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand.
  • Assist the day to day operations of the Merchandising Manager. 
  • Distribute key reports (inventory, assortments, market analysis etc)
  • Help with all style setup and style maintenance in Jesta. 
  • Maintain the country sales programs, line plans and assortments on VRLINK. 
  • Support sales force for all VRLINK related questions. 
  • Maintain the reps SharePoint so they can access all the information they need. 
  • Work with Merchandising Manager to manage Toronto and Montreal showrooms, including calendars sales rep appointments.
  • Manage the entire sample process once the assortment has been finalized.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for samples part creations, inbound & outbound .
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager, Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to build the catalogue for the current season.
  • Provide key accounts with the information they need for their set up sheets.
  • Coordinate all the samples requests for photoshoots.  
  • Manage all customer specified requests to ensure compliance and to ensure most cost-effective method for meeting compliance requests . 
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to make sure all products are updated on cobragolf.ca site.
  • Ensure that reps have proper selling tools for each season.

Your Talent

  • Post secondary degree in Business or Marketing
  • 1-3 years' experience, preferably in the fashion, apparel and/or sports industry
  • Dynamic, positive with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively as well as self-motivated
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
  • Ability to travel to Toronto and local events
  • VR Link knowledge is an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
