Your Talent
- English - Upper-Intermediate (part of the interview will be in English).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Attention to detail, responsibility.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office software.
- Work experience in an international company will be considered as a strength of the candidate.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, independence, attentiveness.
Your Mission
- Handle business correspondence - including official incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office. Work with visitors.
- Conducting tenders to find suppliers, prompt communication with contractors, exchange of documents, signing contracts, control of payments.
- Business travel arrangements - booking tours, hotels, tickets, working with travel agencies and all visa support issues.
- Resolving administrative requests from employees.
- Supporting HR projects - preparing internal communications with important messages, current company policies, and announcements for employees. Participation in the organization of various company events.
- Maintain sustainability reporting.
