- Manage content preparation and delivery of assets for 16+ regions with different Content Management tools, so they can be used across several commerce platforms to ensure high-quality content and speed to market
- Stay up-to-date on availability of creative content and its permissions for usage to ensure content is available at the right time and quality.
- Conduct quality assurance for product content rollouts and track processes
- Participate in process improvement projects affecting content delivery workflow
- Train regions on Content Management tools and document process and training material
- Work closely with Business Units and Commercial Marketing teams to ensure global standards for creative content are met
