Your Mission
We have a great opportunity to join the Marketing team in the role of Commercial Marketing Executive.
This role will work with Brand Marketing, Retail, Sales, Merchandise and Operations to execute and monitor all Retail Marketing activities within Oceania (Australia and New Zealand), under the guidance of the Brand Marketing Manager - Style.
This role will assist in bringing the brand to life through innovative and industry leading campaigns and activations in-store, online and through aligned Social Media environments, as well as Visual Merchandising activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Marketing Strategy and Planning
Manage, brief, develop and execute full year Retail Calendars for Key Accounts that both drive traffic and conversion with support from the Brand Marketing Manager
Plan the events calendar to drive key launches and activations in key retail environments across the year
Develop and plan integrated marketing plans in alignment with the Brand Marketing Manager, for Key Account partners to drive brand awareness and sell through
Commercial Marketing Execution
Lead and execute full year marketing plans to drive the business for Key Account partners
Ensure all in store communications are kept up to date and imagery usage requirements are adhered to
Manage day to day requests and campaign execution for Key Account partners, with a focus on driving sell through of key brand initiatives
Deliver a premium brand experience at all touchpoints – in store, social, online - with Key Account Partners
Manage photo shoots and campaign development for key initiatives and volume programs
Drive in store activations and events to drive brand awareness and sell through
Ensure all campaigns are delivered in full and on time, and all relevant parties are briefed on upcoming campaigns
Stakeholder Management
Work with Cross functional teams to plan marketing activities for the year for key account partners and Puma retail channels and manage the working calendars to ensure launches and campaigns are aligned across the business
Manage third party agencies and partners to deliver the best results for the business and our wholesale partners
Manage communications with the Global Commercial Marketing team, with a focus on sharing relevant work, seeking approvals and support where required
Work with Brand Marketing team to align social media messaging and content to drive ecomm sales and retail sales where relevant and to drive efficiencies with relevant campaigns in the NZ market
Sell in Support
Working with the Brand Marketing, Sales and Merchandise teams plan and execute GTM sell in presentations and lead marketing discussions at these touch points
Other
Look for opportunities to drive PUMA’s sustainability focus
Manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, and basic catalogue and imagery approvals within brand guidelines
Manage campaign and wholesale partner budgets with support from the Brand Marketing Manager
Adhere to all business wide policies and procedures
Budget tracking and invoice processing
Plan and order product seeding orders for upcoming season to be used for seeding, campaign or GWP purposes
Support the team with preparation and communication of Digital Asset packs across PUMA
