Your Mission

The primary objective of this role is to manage the back office work to make it easier for sales. Be an important team member for CPG Norway to be able to back up todays business and prepare for future growth of the business. Focus on both Cobra & PUMA Golf brands. The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship & best service to all accounts, understand their business needs, drive growth and brand visibility together with the Norway Area Sales Manager. Together be the best golfteam in Norway for our retailers.

  • STRONG BACK OFFICE FOR NORWAY - Key objective in this position is to maximize order flow and brand focus in the region. Identify opportunities and have a clear understanding of brand goals vs. customer needs. A key priority is day to day contact with customers, make sure top up orders are taken and processed, sales order management, identify new sales opportunities + manage sell-out process. Drive brand desirability together with the Norway Area Sales Manager and take care of product education, instore look to make sure that Cobra & PUMA brands always have a premium position in the mind of our accounts.

  • FIELD ACCOUNTS PROVIDING GROWTH AND QUALITATIVE DISTRIBUTION - A key objective is to understand the golf business in the Norwegian region and to ensure that our customer is up to date in our products. The responsibility of day to day contacts to build long term relations. Main goals are qualitative service to all of our accounts in Norway and at the same time look for a wider distribution and future growth.

  • GO-TO-MARKET PROCESS  - Together with Norway Area Sales Manager finalize local go to market plan and plan for relevant events accordingly, such as DemoTour, Product training and Launch events. Prepare sell-in meetings with right data and information from your market for that season. And also be an important inside contact for our Cobra Custom Fitting accounts.

  • ALIGN WITH OTHER FUNCTIONS - Strong alignment with these functions: Norway Area Sales Manager, Nordic Customer Service, Sales Operations, Merchandising & Purchase

Your Talent

  • Previous customer management experience
  • Solid education and proven golf goods industry experience

  • Previous account/sales management experience
    - Regular accounts
    - Key accounts
  • Understanding of business and the golf market
  • Experience in selling to consumer product accounts
  • Good experience of demo, custom fitting & product related questions
