Your Mission

  • Receive information and update databases accordingly 

  • Support the Merchandise Operations team by learning the life cycle of a style, primarily through product line maintenance and set-up into our ERP system 

  • Assist the team in aggregating data and formatting into user-friendly reports  

  • Complete VLOOKUP’s & create pivot tables to catch red flags in reporting.    

  • Learn the different systems that support the Merchandising team to aid in problem solving and style set-up into our ERP system 

  • Create selling tools that the sales staff uses to pitch to buyers.  

  • Managing small projects under the operations / supply chain umbrella independently.

Your Talent

  • Must currently be enrolled in college/university, preferably seeking a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.  

  • Excellent quantitative and organizational skills 

  • Very strong computer skills, especially MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

  • Creativity and ability to think out of the box 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy 

  • Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive 

  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task 

  • Team player 

  • Must be able to commit for one semester beginning in January 2022 

  • Must have availability to work to at least 4 days a week 

  • Must have own mode of transportation and be able to commute to Somerville, MA
