Your Mission

  • Responsible for end-to-end on-site merchandising activities, including improving customer experience, product visibility (PLP), conversion and finally net sales by creating and applying the right merchandising KPIs
  • Responsible for optimization of PLPs, Product Detail Pages (PDP), filter(s), navigation, search, structure through product group analyses, engagement, data enrichments, and seasonality
  • Partner with Merchandising, Experience and Performance Marketing to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions
  • Provide Merchandising with product performance insights and define key seasonal buy requirements
  • Campaigns, Sales and Promotion Management of your categories
  • Maintain relationships with your business units

Your Talent

  • 3-4 years relevant work experience, preferably in the same industry
  • Affinity towards Teamsports (Football, Basketball) / Golf / Motorsports
  • Project Management experience
  • Buying/Merchandising experience
  • On-Site Merchandise experience
  • Category Management experience
  • Analytics skills (eg GA360/Excel/Adobe)
  • eCommerce experience (ideally familiar with big organizations)
