We’re looking for passionate Casual Retail Sales Associates who love connecting with customers, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and want to be part of something exciting from the start.
Your Impact
As part of a brand‑new store opening, every team member helps shape the experience from day one. In this role, you’ll be front and center, bringing energy to the floor, supporting strong sales results, and helping create the vibe that keeps customers coming back.
What You’ll Do
This role is all about being present, proactive, and switched on. You’ll spend your time on the shop floor connecting with customers, supporting the team, and helping the store run smoothly, especially during busy trade.
Deliver friendly, confident, and engaging customer service
Support store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling
Build strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
Work as part of a team to manage busy trade periods
Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and maintaining a tidy stockroom
Follow loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures
Support visual standards and help keep the store looking great at all times
Your talent

Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus (apparel/footwear preferred)
Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused
Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trade periods
Passionate about sport, fashion, and being part of a positive team environment
