BUSINESS SOLUTION MANAGER

The Business Solutions Manager proposes, provides and manages technical solutions connected to the current SAP landscape for PUMA Eastern Europe (PEE), or such other IT landscape that may be introduced in the future. Such solutions allow PEE to have better tools and better reports for their business steering. The Business Solutions Manager works in alignment with the Global and the Regional Business Solution teams and ensures that relevant Global or Regional projects being implemented efficiently and effectively at PEE.

• Act as coordinator for Global and Regional business solution projects, and as project lead for their local implementation
• Gather business requirements from the relevant PEE functions for future tools/applications
• Design and implement PEE-specific solutions together with the Regional Business Systems Team, Global IT or third-party vendors
• Act as PEE’s single point of contact/super user for the Direct To Consumer-specific application landscapes
• In general, lead the design, development and implementation of critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across PEE
• Implement Global and Regional BI Reporting standard/formats, if and when introduced
• Lead the design and development of data models; identify interconnections to drive efficiency and global alignment
• Coach business users on best use of BI infrastructure
• Conduct BPM Workshops and user trainings; Introduce and anchor agile ways of collaboration within the PEE organization

• Education: Postgraduate qualification in business, finance or management information systems
• Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of business and/or systems analysis, business process re-engineering and information management practices and protocols including strategic planning processes and change management principles and practices
• Experience and comprehensive working knowledge of business intelligence and data warehouse environments experience in contemporary business intelligence tools and techniques
• Sound SAP R/3 System knowledge or another ERP software; experience with / knowledge of S/4HANA would be a distinct advantage
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Knowledge of Agile concepts and frameworks
• Experience in consultancy/trainings
• Solid experience in MS Office, Power BI, MS SQL Server
• Additional skills/qualification:
• Outstanding interpersonal, English communication (written and verbal) and liaison skills, and well-developed ability to engage and negotiate with internal stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy and technical knowledge, from beginner to expert
