Your Mission

As a Business Process Manager you are the global go-to consultant on process and solution design to PUMA internal stakeholders. Your focus is on Master Data Management and Governance for our Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes as well as the related Finance and Controlling functions. Your challenge is to ensure that the solutions you design with your partners work effectively, are scalable and support our goal of being the fastest sports brand in the world.


  • Play a big part of our cross-functional team driving our global S/4 HANA Fashion projects
  • Take responsibility to define a global SAP Master Data Governance concept for our global S/4 HANA Template and actively maintain the global Master Data elements in the system
  • Become trusted partner for Business Process Manager and Tech teams by providing guidance for all Master Data related questions
  • Define rules and global standards which build the foundation for a global roll out
  • Establish a change management and approval process for global Master Data objects considering local needs
  • Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Be responsible for global Master Data Maintenance of template objects and globally defined Master Data elements.

Your Talent

  • Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery within fashion/retail/consumer-goods industry or strategy consulting firm
  • Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
  • Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale & Retail, preferably footwear and apparel
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on Master Data and ERP systems, SAP S/4 is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.
