Your Mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person, interested in sales, technology and ready to have a direct impact in PUMA’s global wholesale business. This role will be involved in software management, requirements engineering, project and process management. The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Plan, organize, manage and lead global rollouts of our global B2B platform in new markets all over the world within the defined scope, time and budget
  • Complete ownership of the continuous improvement of the B2B platform for all LATAM and APAC organizations
  • Define processes and business requirements to improve the buying experience of sales representatives and customers in our B2B platform
  • Let your imagination fly! As a Business Process Manager in our department, you will have the freedom to conceptualize new functionalities and improvements based on the latest and greatest technology  
  • Communicate to key internal and external key stakeholders, and drive change management forward
  • Become a focal point for business to support the Customer Connectivity team, define the global strategies and roadmaps

Your Talent

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT or similar area
  • From 3 -5 years of experience in a comparable position in an international work environment, preferably in the fashion / e-commerce /  consumer goods / retail industry
  • Experience in planning and executing projects, experience with business transformation and change management
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management related tools (e.g.: JIRA and Confluence) and softwares is a plus
  • Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a true passion for sports & technology.

This opportunity will be available in full time or part time
