Your Mission

  • Preparation of Business Results on monthly, quarterly, and annual perspective in-line with Financial Calendar
  • Deep dive into business opportunities or shortfalls in financial KPIs to improve performance. (OPEX, CAPEX, Operating Performance such as; Inventory, Planning etc)
  • Spearhead quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes by analysis of business performance & trends & market conditions
  • Periodic review & detailed analysis of variances for forecast vs actuals (incl. YoY comparison)
  • Any required ad-hoc analysis & reporting for certain business development
  • Compares & analyzes and reports PUMA Turkey’s commercial KPIs, sector trends, market SM, economy, real estate etc

Your Talent

  • University degree from a reputable university with relevant fields (BA/BS in business analytics, or other administrative & quantitative study)
  • Min. 2 years of applicable experience; retail industry, finance, financial planning, audit or consultancy is a plus
  • Ability to deep dive into data and challenge any variances with full scale analysis.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Fluent in English both written & verbal.
  • Outgoing team player with initiative, integrity, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional & positive attitude
  • Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about sport and sport culture.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot is a plus
  • Well organized, reliable, and efficient with the ability to prioritize
