Your Mission

Assist in building the digital tools necessary for the Sourcing business to ensure the daily needs are supported in the evolving landscape
Engage with business users to understand business needs, breakdown questions to data driven metrics and visualisations
Build and maintain complete suite of user-oriented dashboards and meaningful, actionable data visualizations to meet workforce needs
Perform deep-dive analyses on root cause of issues, work with data and business teams to triage data-quality issues and drive long term improvement
Identify trends and patterns to enhance or automate process
Set up training materials to empower users to incorporate the visualizations in their daily work

Your Talent

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2- 3 years of experience as business analyst experience in similar role in sporting goods/fashion/supply chain is a plus
Experience with Power BI/ Tableau is a must
Experience with Excel, VBA, Microsoft Flow/App is highly preferred
Execution experience to drive multiple projects
Fluent in English with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
