Manage and implement Nordic Brand & Communication strategy, following Global/European Brand strategy and seasonal plans, including both Sportstyle, Performance and Employer branding.
Manage Nordic Communication Budget (including Media, PR and influencer marketing) in collaboration with Nordic Head of Marketing, as well as Country Marketing Managers.
Brand - implement Global Brand strategy based on seasonal international Brand and commercial objectives in Area/Country.
Act as senior point of contact for Area Brand/PR agency (or agencies).
Communication strategy - Manage Area Performance and Sport lifestyle communication strategy, working closely with Communication agency, as well as Media agency. Manage planning and execution closely with Communications Manager and local marketing teams.
BU marketing - Sportstyle - Manage Nordic Sportstyle seasonal plans and activations, following Global and/or European seasonal plans. Developing seasonal Sportstyle plans in collaboration with Area Sales & Merchandising, as well as country marketing managers.
BU marketing - Performance - Manage Nordic Performance seasonal plans and activations, following Global and/or European seasonal plans. Developing seasonal Performance plans in collaboration with Area Sales & Merchandising, as well as country marketing managers.
