Your Mission

  • Plan & execute 360º initiatives launch plans (all media, PR, Assets, e-com, in store & customers plans) to reach objectives. 
  • Ensure and secure brand consistency in all campaign elements and ensure alignment with global guidelines.
  • Optimize campaign execution by closely monitoring results of KPI’s (ROI, Reach/Freq, Conversion, CTR, Sales, ROS, ST, CTR).
  • Coordinate key agencies (Media, PR, Creative and any other agency involved in campaign creation and execution process).
  • Manage and optimize budget assigned to each launch. Responsible for keeping up to date budget lines under his/her ownership.
  • Monitor purchase process from quotations though invoice payment and accounts conciliation.
  • Analyze with the Brand & Comm Specialist the performance of current brand assets and propose new ones that fit brand equity.
  • Collaborate with other areas (Merch, Sales, Planning) to ensure correct plan execution based on arrivals/stock/weighted distribution.
  • Develop & propose together with the BCS, PR yearly plan to HOM, aligned with LATAM and country priorities.
  • Coordinate and prepare, together with other team members, campaigns & brand recaps analysis with clear learnings for future executions.
  • Understand/analyze consumer & Business to propose action plans to build brand desirability and aspirationality (Brand Tracker & Research).

Your Talent

  • Commercial or industrial engineer with strong analytical skills.
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience in brand building, communications & digital, ideally in FMCG company (Brand Manager role).
  • Strong leadership skills to envision others and make things happen.
  • Deep digital understanding: consumer journey, KPI, digital platforms.
  • Strong planning & executing skills.
  • Experience leading external agencies maximizing contribution to the brand and business.
  • Experience in On/Off media, SSNN and digital suits.
  • MS Office intermediate skills.
  • Advanced english.
