Your Mission

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand.
  • Be the primary contact for National Account order entry (stock and custom) and order-related questions such as order status, inventory availability, invoicing and product launch details.  National accounts include: DICK’s Sporting Goods/Golf Galaxy, Edwin Watts, Worldwide Golf, PGA Tour Superstore, Academy and Amazon.  Additional accounts may be assigned as needed. Order entry turnaround time of less than 24 hours is required.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure retailers are serviced at a best-in-class level.
  • Manage the order book including working with the Allocations Analyst to have orders allocated and dropped to the warehouse, managing the necessary documentation for proper routing and shipping, order holds and all custom orders from order entry to shipment. Communicate and resolve any custom component shortages that are holding up any order beyond standard lead time. Request from the account any necessary cancel date extensions based on inventory availability. 
  • Develop and analyze reports, both recurring and ad hoc, from PowerBI and/or Atlas to help with critical decision-making processes. Provide top level summaries to Key Account Managers and Senior Leadership
  • Using reporting tools, develop model-level monthly forecasts for the purpose of recommending and entering replenishment/bulk orders.  Monitor validity of bulk orders as new information becomes available from Key Account Managers or sales trends. Monitor inventory and work with Buyer/Planners as needed to provide ATP dates for account-requested replenishment orders. Work with the Forecast Manager to ensure future orders are accounted for in the forecast, as well as identifying any out-of-the-ordinary mix trends.
  • Working with the Key Account Managers, Sales Ops, and Operations, manage end of life product planning and transitions.
  • Analyze sales data in conjunction with sell-thru reports to assist the Key Account Managers with the development of launch order volumes and mix.
  • Manage vendor direct setup info, new product introduction setup files and price reposition activities in Jesta.
  • Assist where needed with account pre-lines and presentations.
  • Provide backup for other National Account Managers and TSRs as needed.

Your Talent

  • At least 3+ years of experience with golf hard good sales (inside and/or outside) or equivalent experience in a Customer Service or Inside Sales Support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working with golf retail national accounts preferred.
  • Strong analytical and business organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in working with and analyzing data within Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Jesta ERP, Power BI and/or Atlas for reporting and data analysis, as well as a strong knowledge of product allocation logic, fill rates and bulk order processes preferred.
  • Proven ability to make recommendations and cross-sell on a variety of products and services related to consumer and wholesale accounts.
  • Footwear, apparel and accessories experience preferred.
  • Must be able to travel within the US approximately 10% of the time and attend sales meetings & occasional account meetings.
