Your Mission

  • Own kids footwear line plan and flow plan creation and maintenance for full USA product line inclusive of adds, drops, cancels, CAD changes, pricing changes, etc.
  • Provide North American market insights to global business unit to influence product creation and kids’ strategy
  • Brief regional kids’ footwear gaps and opportunities to regional creation center
  • Analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate future product needs
  • Assist with seasonal forecasting and sampling  
  • Assist Merchandising Managers with the creation of Business Unit specific tools for major milestones including Merchandising Alignment, Line Freeze, 360, Sales Meeting and Sell-In
  • Own showroom set up for milestone meetings
  • Collaborate with merchandising teammates to understand needs of various channels of business to create holistic kids’ assortment

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising, integrated retail, or product creation related role
  • Passion for streetwear, fashion and sportswear
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience in a cross functional work environment, project management or matrix organization
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
  • Attention to detail
  • In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
