- Own kids footwear line plan and flow plan creation and maintenance for full USA product line inclusive of adds, drops, cancels, CAD changes, pricing changes, etc.
- Provide North American market insights to global business unit to influence product creation and kids’ strategy
- Brief regional kids’ footwear gaps and opportunities to regional creation center
- Analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate future product needs
- Assist with seasonal forecasting and sampling
- Assist Merchandising Managers with the creation of Business Unit specific tools for major milestones including Merchandising Alignment, Line Freeze, 360, Sales Meeting and Sell-In
- Own showroom set up for milestone meetings
- Collaborate with merchandising teammates to understand needs of various channels of business to create holistic kids’ assortment
