Your Mission

Position Summary

  • We are looking for a passionate & smart individual to join demand generation team at PUMA.
  • This role will be responsible for managing relationship with internal/external stakeholders, performance marketing, brand visibility on key E-Commerce business.

Key Objectives

  • Work with the ECOM partners to understand their consumers and drive visibility amongst their loyal database
  • Work with internal business stakeholders to understand priorities and drive digital campaigns in alignment.
  • Driving integrated marketing campaigns with an aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Campaign Management – Execution, Analysis & Reporting.
  • Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies and experiment with new channels to drive efficient acquisition

Your Talent

Qualifications and Functional Competencies


  • 2+ year of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Prior experience of executing marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra is a big plus.


  • Strong analytical & data interpretation skills.
  • In depth understanding of Google as media platform.
  • Understanding of web analytics tools (at least one of Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture)
  • Awareness of attribution models and ability to create a structured approach for RoAS computation
