Your Mission

  • Track, organize, and maintain Marketing product storage and inventory in Assembly Row while managing all incoming and outgoing orders for Run/Train
  • Activate our seeding process including working with Go-to-Market Operations to ensure items are open to buy on time, providing order placement date communication to stakeholders, and organizing & tracking seeding, samples, and free goods inventory across BUs and Marketing functions in Boston, Westford, and logistics company
  • Execute and track coordination of orders, inventory and fulfillment through the Westford warehouse and PUMA's third party fulfillment center, TRG
  • Track and coordinate Early Access Line specifically for Run/Train, which includes the setting up process & communication with factories and markets
  • Answer day-to-day inquiries on seeding orders and various marketing needs
  • Help plan out quarterly/seasonal product offering and receive & execute day to day product requests for PUMA Fit Collective trainers and Run/Train ambassadors
  • Receive and execute product requests for key marketing photoshoots. Ensure all product is received & shipped out for marketing photoshoots when needed

Your Talent

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail, warehouse, or in an inventory control environment
  • Ability to organize, triage and follow up on all orders and requests
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with quantitative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
  • Understanding of shipping, logistics and warehouse regulations and process
  • This role is currently based in the downtown Boston, MA office but in mid-2021, this role will transition into PUMA's new office building in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA.
