Your Mission

  • Support the product management team to achieve net sales and gross margin targets in providing US key accounts with the right product assortments.  

  • Work cross functionally within the organization to improve system accuracy and to make sure the created products can be ordered on time to hit requested in-store dates.  

  • Responsible for accurate system maintenance, line plan accuracy and help to communicate updates to cross functional teams.  

  • Expert managing and maintaining PUMA systems (i.e.: PAC, PID, CREATIVE SHARE).  

  • Help monitoring SMU creation process including article efficiency, hit rates and shipped and open order reporting  

  • Help manage sample administration (sample order, tracking of deliveries, sample storage, sample shipment to key partners).  

  • Follow up on product sign off dates and order placement dates to make sure products can be ordered on time.  

  • Conduct research on industry, consumer trends, competitive activities, and market intelligence.  

  • Support in the preparation of account meeting sell in documents  

  • Analyze and report business performance on a regular basis.  

  • Build understanding for product lines, account strategies and market needs.  

  • Create overview of Regional Creation Center product on a quarterly basis to inform the global team and other regional offices  

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field  

  • Highly analytical, strong attention to detail   

  • 2 years experience in analytical role  

  • Strong knowledge in Excel, managing multiple systems    

  • Strong Communication Skills 

  • Ability to be flexible, agile and open-minded
