- Provide daily interface monitoring of Ecommerce and coordinate troubleshooting with Ecommerce vendor
- Plan, evaluate and manage technical implementation for Ecommerce campaigns and big events (e.g. Double 11)
- Work with cross-functional teams to reduce system complexity and optimize relevant processes to meet various business needs. Coordinating development, testing, and maintenance of Ecommerce and SCRM system with business users and vendor
- Proactively seek for advanced solution to support business development strategy like OMINI channel, etc.
- Take the lead in new POS system migration project in China
- Provide 2nd level technical support of POS system to store operation team.
- Evaluate business requirement and provide cost-effective solutions for own retail business
- Contribute in own retail IT quarterly and yearly budget management process.
- Knowledge contribution to relevant retail system documentation
