Your Mission

  • Provide day-to-day 1st & 2nd level technical support for store operation and maintenance including troubleshooting and issue resolving
  • Perform daily interface monitoring of retail related systems and error cleansing
  • Support periodic business activities like stock taking, monthly closing, and data providing;define and document IT SOP for retail store;plans and conducts training to store staff when needed
  • Provide new store opening support service including software installation, configuration and testing
  • Provide store closing/ refitting support service including system changing and testing; coordinate with infrastructure team to ensure high availability of retail systems;
  • Analyze incidents and seek improvements to increase operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with POS vendor and global team for new function evaluation, implementation and support
  • Act as project manager or key contributor for project implementation with regards to time, cost and risk, etc., execute project tasks as assigned
  • Assist global and regional team in completing projects within given scope and timeline

Your Talent

  • Associate degree or above in Computer Science or relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience in Retail IT support;minimum 5 years experience in Multinational corporation support is preferred

  • Solid knowledge of Retail system including POS and back-office management, Retail Pro/Prism is preferred

  • Familiarity with Incident and Change Management Process for IT system

  • Ability to execute assigned tasks with a high degree of independence, self-organization and goal orientation

  • Ability to apply process analysis principles to business solutions

  • Good understanding of retail industry, preferably Apparel

  • Good knowledge of end-to-end retail business processes

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Soft skills on helping others and interpersonal relationship; builds good working relationships with local IT team and vendor
