Your Mission
- Provide day-to-day 1st & 2nd level technical support for store operation and maintenance including troubleshooting and issue resolving
- Perform daily interface monitoring of retail related systems and error cleansing
- Support periodic business activities like stock taking, monthly closing, and data providing;define and document IT SOP for retail store;plans and conducts training to store staff when needed
- Provide new store opening support service including software installation, configuration and testing
- Provide store closing/ refitting support service including system changing and testing; coordinate with infrastructure team to ensure high availability of retail systems;
- Analyze incidents and seek improvements to increase operational accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with POS vendor and global team for new function evaluation, implementation and support
- Act as project manager or key contributor for project implementation with regards to time, cost and risk, etc., execute project tasks as assigned
- Assist global and regional team in completing projects within given scope and timeline
