Your Mission

  • This role is to plan, execute and monitor performance marketing activities within SEA to steadily increase online sales with maximum return on investments.
  • Develop existing and creating new online marketing and multi-channel plans across appropriate channels and mediums, including email, display, paid search, SEO, remarketing, affiliate, on-site, social and others.
  • Finding new ways and channels to boost online sales for both puma.com and marketplaces
  • Manage the annual performance marketing budget including creation and analysis of performance metrics and keeping high rate of returns on marketing investments.
  • Manage 3rd party agencies to deliver on KPIs.
  • Develop and execute creative ways to attract new customers and engage existing customers to achieve excellent customer experience.

Your Talent

  • Good to have College or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing environment with proven skills in: paid search, SEO, remarketing, email, affiliate, display, onsite and social marketing.
  • Advanced user of analytics tools (Google), strong with numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; for example, demonstrated through reporting and presentations in a business context.
  • Creativity & Innovation, demonstrated ability to analyze the data and optimize the strategy accordingly
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Very innovative candidate with strong leadership skills, oriented on results and an effective communication style.
