Your Mission

  • Sales budget planning and forecasting on channel and product divisions yearly/quarterly, Tracking sales and inventory balance (MTD, QTD & YTD) by channel and season while comparing actual sales and target to check performance
  • Product order and warehousing management, Clean up product selections and ranges, Organize OPDs of Cobra Club, Cobra Components, and Puma Golf Products and manage orders/ warehousing schedules
  • SAP Operation: Inbound, Sales order, Discount and commission upload Inventory & billing data check, Customer master management (create account code and set up)
  • Build Master database and historical report for any use regarding to master management Weekly/Monthly Margin controlling: To achieve margin forecast, checking proper discount rate for each sales deal and franchisee promotion and reporting simulation data
  • Create account code and register commission and other business term correctly when new store open and hand-over
  • Order on hands (OOH), Open to Go (OTG) and stock reports by account & analyze by RBU, channel, Margin Analysis and forecast, Monthly and annual sales forecast and account/margin analysis by product, Stock management cobra Golf
  • Arrange and keep updated of product launch/delivery schedule according to any issue and stock inbound status for on time delivery
  • Allocate new product by pre-aligned plan with relevant teams, Follow and deliver new product by season launch schedule correctly
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse team for the inbound & outbound delivery to wholesales & retail customers, plan, schedule and execute the distribution of products to customers comparing actual sales and target to check performance ​ ​

Your Talent

  • University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with focus on sales, supply chain, finance, IT
  • Functional: 2+ years in Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Industry: Sport, FMCG, Consulting
  • Excel: Expert, Power point: Advanced
  • Advanced in English
