ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING - RUN, TRAIN, GOLF

Your Mission

  • Plan and execute brand marketing communication activities and develop abilities for consumer connections in Sports (Running, Training) & Golf category, such as online & mobile marketing, communication contents development, traditional communication channels (PR, TV, Print, OOH etc.), strategic partnership, etc

  • Drive an effective and efficient brand activation across all categories for Brand, Product, and commercial campaigns in country/cluster

  • Plan seasonal marketing campaign, creating content, and managing consumer event

  • Share and update project plan and status with relevant team members, departments on a timely basis

  • Maximize brand exposure by influencers/celebrities/sports players utilization and innovative storytelling based on PUMA’s archive and the integration of Sports innovation.

  • Develop a right portfolio to support Sports brand ambition, Analyze the market + opportunities, Develop and manage communication materials

  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders

  • Support managing marketing budget, sample orders and marketing inventory via SAP

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, ideally with a focus on Marketing Communication or equivalent

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing in fashion or sports brand

  • Sports marketing (ex. running race, consumer events) experience or Automobiles/Consumer Goods experience is preferred

  • PR, Digital, or Event agency experience is also welcome

  • Passion in Running, Training, Studio, and Golf

  • Good MS Office, SAP skills

  • Business English fluent in verbal and written both

  • Good communication skill and Strong team player

  • Optimistic and highly motivated personality with strong responsibility
