Your Mission

  • Responsible to identify potential 3PL partners and manage the RFP process from vendor selection, rates negotiation, final evaluation up to implementation stage.
  • Define and drive project plans involving numerous cross-functional stakeholders to complete deliverables on time and in the utmost quality.
  • Responsible to drive certain logistics roadmap to adapt to ecommerce & wholesale business strategy and strong logistics expansion.
  • Drive actions to align on business requirements such as new process set-up, pilot run and logistics readiness to product launches
  • Establish relationship towards Logistics Service Providers to drive cost and quality performance as aligned to business goals
  • Negotiate project implementation costing and manage project implementation costs tracking and allocation of costs to business owners.
  • Provide regular updates on project implementation progress to senior management and sponsors to enable overall project progress monitoring
  • Manage the budget, scope and timelines for every single project
  • Flexible to travel
  • Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders and all aspect of 3PL
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Negotiate warehouse rates or services.
  • Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities
  • Strong knowledge in the custom clearance procedure and custom’s clearance requirements such as application of VO, KSO, Form D/E/AI, Back to Back Form D/E, Invoice and Packing List.
  • Monitor product import processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Strong Knowledge on shipping terms
  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement
  • Ability to deliver successfully on time to their scheduled required arrival date to the customer
  • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.
  • Negotiate transportation rates or services
  • Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing

Your Talent

  • Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies or bachelor’s degree
  • Functional: SAP Certification is an advantage
  • Industry: Retail, Wholesales, Sports
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point,)
  • SAP Knowledge
