ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING & MEDIA

Your Mission

  • Coordinate with Internal teams to develop brand digital strategy short term and long term in line with brand strategies and objectives
  • Will be responsible for digital marketing budgets, go-to-market calendars, campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines
  • Ecommerce digital marketing strategy and implementation, such as eComm season support and performance marketing
  • Liaise with various agencies and internal teams for maximizing digital marketing effectiveness
  • Digital consumer connection asset leveraging and development (global adoption/adaptation and local creation)
  • Digital data analysis and recommendation
  • Track and evaluate KPIs of performance marketing channels (SEM, bidding ads etc.) and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or just digital marketing
  • Detailed understanding/knowledge of Paid Search (required) and bidding ads promotions, familiar with Tencent backstage to review data.
  • Ability to effectively manage a 3rd party external agencies
  • Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • Have strong interests in sports especially in Football, basketball, running and training
