Your Mission

The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will be responsible for execution of performance campaigns across:

Online marketplaces - Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Paytm, Tata Cliq etc Google platforms – SEO and SEM, Youtube, Google Display Network Digital publications such as Inshorts, Times of India, etc Affiliate Channels

  • Work with the ECOM platform partners to understand their consumers and drive visibility amongst their loyal database

  • Work with internal business stakeholders to understand priorities and drive digital campaigns in alignment.

  • Driving integrated marketing campaigns with an aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

  • Campaign Management – Execution, Analysis & Reporting.

  • Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

  • Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets.

  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies and experiment with new channels to drive efficient acquisition.

KPI’s

  • Return on Ad spends

  • Share of business from current season products

  • Growth of share of business from platform loyalty database

Your Talent

Experience

  • 3+ years of overall experience in Digital Marketing
  • Prior experience of executing marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical & data interpretation skills.

Skills

  • Understanding of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc) as media platforms will be a big plus
  • In depth understanding of Google and Facebook as media platforms.
  • Understanding of web analytics tools (at least one of Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture)
  • Awareness of attribution models and ability to create a structured approach for RoAS computation
