Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fast learner and detailed person is preferred

Your Mission

  • Task 1: (Analyzer)    Support supply chain team to collect and analyze both social, environment and chemical Enablon data. Keep timely communication with factories to smooth the data submission and validation.
  • Task 2: (Analyzer)    Maintenance of audit database Fair Factory Clearinghouse on monthly basis to make sure data accuracy. Create new factory profile in FFC from time to time when needed.
  • Task 3: (Analyzer)    Regular follow up with team external stakeholders’ administrative affairs such as regular update to the factory list send to the Fair Labor Association, Better Work, Higg FEM credits follow up, etc.
  • Task 4: (Analyzer)    Support Regional manager to roll out and track social projects
  • Task 5: (Admin & Analyzer)    Coordinate with different teams in preparing the Letter of Authorization and provide timely support to IP team on custom recordal. 
  • Task 6: (Admin)     Provide events management support for various Team activities and events including planning, scheduling and other logistics such as recording meeting minutes, Round Table Meeting registrations, etc.
  • Task 7: (Admin)    Checking of team expense reports, external audit forecast reports and payment tracking. Support audit debit notes issuing and follow up with finance on data tracking.
