Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Age minimum 30 years
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in buying/merchandising preferably in fashion or sport industry.
- Proven track record in buying and merchandising in prior companies.
- PC-skills, MS-Office Knowledge, Strong in Ms.Excel ( intermediate level up) Outlook, Internet, SAP, BI
- Fluent spoken and written in both English and Thai
- Having effective communication and presentation skill
- Ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
- Having a business & commercial acumen
- Having a strong passion & good knowledge in sport is preferable (Optional).
- Understanding and having knowhow of visual merchandising (optional)
- Hands on, can do daily reports and upon assignment
- Strong organizational and time management skills and able to work under pressure
- Have commitment and good time management

Your Mission
- Manage and achieve or exceed for retail store target
- Support line manager, colleague including store in terms of right assortment and quantities, stock replenishment & allocation, in-store promotion to deliver target
- Monitor intake margin from OTB, buying and planning. Implement in-season trading model base on agreed markdown policy.
- Able to monitor GP/ margin of total retail stores to achieve or exceed GP, margin, EBIT target
- Directly responsible for OTB planning, Buying & Selection, Merchandising planning and Stock allocation & replenishment for all Retail stores.
- Initiate seasonal product calendar and communicate to all relate parties e.g. VM, Training, Store operation, partner stores, etc.
- Manage and communicate all merchandise opportunities to Store Manager or the store management
- Responsible for inventory management and monitoring.
- Responsible to review, allocate, replenishment, transfer stock from DC to store, store to store and store to DC to deliver target sale, GP and stock level.
- Participate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be required.
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
